Los Temerarios, originally known as Conjunto La Brisa, was formed in 1977 in Fresnillo, Zacatecas, México, by the Ángel brothers. The original lineup consisted of brothers (composer, producer, musician) and Gustavo Ángel Alba (singer-songwriter), their cousin Fernando Ángel , along with friends Mario Alberto Ortiz and Carlos Abrego. The name "Los Temerarios" was inspired by a character called "El Fugitivo Temerario" from the Kaliman comic book.
